The Oglethorpe Office of Admissions will be hosting several new events on campus this fall, designed to address the most complex parts of the college application process.
Saturday, September 30, will be the College Essay Writing Workshop, hosted by published author, Betty Londergan. This interactive workshop will empower students to own their story and communicate it effectively in their application. Students can learn more about the event here and RSVP here.
A Financial Planning & Fast Application Workshop will be hosted later this fall. The goal of these workshops is twofold – help students complete their applications and equip parents with financial strategies for success. Students will work with OU Admission Counselors to complete their app and ensure all admission checklist items have been completed. Registration for the workshops will begin September 15.
