Having a blast at Odyssey!

Here we are, halfway through Odyssey 2018 and loving every minute of it! Odyssey scholars are the best of the best, and boy does their work echo that sentiment. So far this week, Odyssey Middle has visited Dekalb County Courthouse and Emory’s Genetics Lab. Rising 8th grade started podcasts and solidified their business budgets. Rising 6th grade begin tracing their I Am poems and learned more about scale factor. Tom’s Club learned about the Milgram Experiment, started their skin layer cakes, and played a game of life-size Hungry Hungry Hippos. inspire us every day and we are so happy to share this summer with you.

June 22nd-June 23rd–Middle School overnight at The Westminster Schools campground*
*If you have not yet returned your campout forms, please ensure your child returns it signed tomorrow! All scholars have received their forms.

Field Trip Reminders: An unsettling number of scholars are coming to Odyssey without their shirts on field trip days. We know there is a busy field trip schedule, but please ensure your scholar has a clean T-shirt to wear for field trips. Uniformed shirts allow for easy identification of the group… meaning it helps us keep your scholars safe!
